Creating a New Signature in Outlook
1. Open Outlook
2. Highlight the signature I sent in email

3. Right-click here:

4. Click “Copy”

5. Click “File Tab”

6. Click “Options”

7. Click “Mail”

8. Click “Signatures…”

9. Click “New”

10. Type “2024 Iconic” or whatever you want yours to be named.

11. Click “into the edit box”

12. RightClick “Keep Source Formatting”

13. Highlight and change First and last name to yours!

14. Highlight and change your Title

15. Highlight and change the email to yours!

16. Highlight and change the phone number to yours!
C: = Cell
O: = Office
F: = Fax line
Example:
C: 555-555-5555

17. Click dropdown “New messages:” set it to your new one

18. Click dropdown “Replies/forwards:” set it to your new one

Tip: Yours should look Similar to this:

19. Click “OK”

Tip: Your all done! Start emailing !
