How to Access Remote Access Software

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access remote access software. It is useful for individuals who need to access a computer remotely and want a clear and concise guide on how to do so. The guide walks through the process of accessing the software, logging in, and using the remote computer effectively.

1. Open your web browser or click this link: lt.srcnetwork.net
For me, I will be using Chrome.

2. Click into the “Address / search bar”

3. Type “lt.srcnetwork.net then hit [[enter]]”

4. Click “Email address” Under Log in

5. Fill in your account credentials we provided and click Login

6. Once in click the big tile on the right that says Computers

Tip: Note you can also click the tab called computers on the right panel

7. Click the computer you want to access

8. Click “Remote Access” on the right side

9. Click Open on the “ConnectWise Control Remote Support Software” popup.

10. Now you are remoted in! Login and use the computer.

Tip: To send the computer commands use the lighting bolt icon at the top of the window.
